Privacy policy

proposal.win stores the calls, emails, notes and documents you add to a firm workspace so that Wyn can draft proposals from them. That data belongs to your firm and is scoped to your organization.

Jake, your Forward Deployed Engineer, can open a read-only view of your workspace to help you with onboarding and proposals. Nothing in it is used for anything else.

We use Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Anthropic models for drafting and verification, and Vercel and Neon for hosting. Each processes only what it needs for its job. Content sent to Anthropic is not used to train models.

The proposals you send are web pages and PDFs whose typefaces come from Google Fonts. When your client opens one, their browser asks Google for the fonts, so Google sees their IP address and the time; no proposal content is sent. We plan to host the fonts ourselves.

Connectors take only the access they need. Nothing is sent to a client without your explicit approval, and we never sell customer data.
